1. GENERAL INFORMATION
HighSol & Co is a personal development and spiritual wellness brand offering digital downloads, physical products, curated content, and professional brand design services.
Our mission is to support self-actualization through intentional products, strategic brand design, and conscious business practices.
By accessing this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use this site and its services.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital items—including eBooks, journals, planners, and affirmations—are for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Because digital products are nonreturnable, all digital sales are final. If you experience issues downloading or accessing a file, contact us at hello@highsol.co and we will assist you.
Digital products are delivered via email or download link immediately after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your download within 15 minutes.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital products for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We offer candles, supplements, apparel, and wellness tools. Each item is curated with intention and quality in mind.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on physical goods. However, store credit may be issued if:
• Your item arrives damaged or defective (photo evidence required)
• You notify us within 7 days of delivery
• The item was lost in transit and confirmed by tracking
All sales are final. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will issue store credit or send a replacement at our discretion.

4. BRAND DESIGN SERVICES
We offer professional brand design services including:
• Identity Blueprint: Complete brand identity design using astrology, Human Design, and strategic positioning
• Alignment Sessions: 60-minute coaching sessions for brand clarity and strategic guidance
• Custom brand design projects as quoted
SERVICE AGREEMENTS
All brand design services require a signed service agreement and deposit before work begins.
Service agreements outline:
• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Revision policy
• Usage rights and ownership
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
• Identity Blueprint: 50% deposit required to begin, remaining 50% due upon delivery of final files
• Alignment Sessions: Full payment required at time of booking
• Custom projects: Payment terms outlined in service agreement
All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS (Services)
• Alignment Sessions: Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Identity Blueprint: Deposits are non-refundable once discovery phase begins. If you choose to cancel mid-project, you will receive only the work completed up to that point, with no refund of deposit.
• No-shows for scheduled sessions are non-refundable.
REVISIONS
• Identity Blueprint includes 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable as outlined in service agreement
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees
• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of deliverable presentation
TIMELINE
Project timelines are outlined in your service agreement. Timelines may be extended if:
• Client feedback or materials are delayed
• Scope changes are requested
• Unforeseen circumstances arise (communicated promptly)
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
• Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and commercial usage rights to all final brand deliverables
• High Sol retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of design work created by High Sol
• Work-in-progress files, sketches, and unused concepts remain property of High Sol
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
• Provide timely feedback and materials as requested
• Respond to communications within agreed timelines
• Provide accurate information (birth date, time, location for astrology work)
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
ASTROLOGY & HUMAN DESIGN DISCLAIMER
Our brand design services incorporate astrology and Human Design as strategic insight tools. These are used for creative and strategic purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
Results and outcomes of branding work depend on many factors, including market conditions, implementation, and your own business execution. We cannot guarantee specific business results from our brand design services.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
We ship to the United States and Canada. Processing time is typically 2-4 business days, excluding holidays. Shipping times vary based on destination.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure are beyond our control.
Once an order ships, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly for tracking updates.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties determined by your country. You are responsible for these additional charges.
